Like all Station Casinos properties, Durango is located away from the Vegas Strip. Red Rock Resorts, the parent company of Station Casinos, first hinted at the opening of Durango Casino in May 2021. During the company’s most recent earnings call, Board of Directors Vice Chairman Lorenzo Fertitta said “(w)hen we open properties, every aspect of the property is open, ready to go”.
