The Seven Stars lounge does offer plush seating, as well as bar seating. Back in the day, you could get super premium jumbo shrimp at the Seven Stars Lounge, now they are just ever so slightly larger than the Laurel lounge shrimp, although they are peeled. The entire menu and experience has been dumbed down. There will be a few other choices, but they tend towards sandwiches nowadays, with often only one or two entree-type plates being offered. The menu is not identical, but there is considerable overlap.
These days, you'll get the same high quality service (more or less), but more often than not, at least a couple of the small plates offered in the Laurel Lounge are also offered at the Seven Stars lounge on the same day. At one time, the Seven Stars lounge offered super premium liquor, carefully crafted small plates and unparalleled service.
